Tadano have been advised that a company selling cranes online in NSW in Australia has sold a counterfeit Tadano crane knowing full well that it was counterfeit. Lawyers acting on behalf of the purchaser sought a refund however have not been successful even though the crane did not contain Tadano parts and was also bearing a serial number plate that may possibly be fake.
This is a warning to all companies purchasing cranes to check authenticity before paying for the crane.
