OUR STRATEGY
Lifting the standard
The Crane Association of New Zealand is focused on lifting the standard of New Zealand’s crane industry.
New Zealand is a small country which enables us to be agile and innovative. It is time to harness that agility and use our collective knowledge, leadership and collaboration to raise the bar.
The starting point is this strategy.
The strategic priorities shown on the graphic, fall into four categories. Each category is shown on one segment and has four key areas of focus.
These segments have been designed to represent what is most important to all members of the association and the wider industry. CANZ members should see their interests represented here.
How has the strategy been designed?
How will progress be reported?
Through our annual report, regular member communications, town hall meetings and the annual conference.
