With over 13 years of industry experience, Nassim Lalehzari is both a Licensed Immigration Adviser for New Zealand and a Registered Migration Agent for Australia. Nassim has worked across both sides of the Tasman, guiding hundreds of businesses through the process of hiring and retaining key skills amid ongoing policy changes.
Admitted to the NSW Register of Solicitors in 2006, Nassim moved to New Zealand in 2009 and became a New Zealand Licensed Immigration Adviser in 2012, followed by becoming a Registered Migration Agent for Australia in 2013.
Currently leading a team of more than 20 Licensed Immigration Advisers and Registered Migration Agents at Working In, Nassim brings over a decade of personal experience partnering with employers to welcome international talent to New Zealand and Australia. Under Nassim's leadership, the team assists more than 2500 migrants annually, with over 4000 migrants assisted in the 2022/2023 period alone.
Nassim is dedicated to the immigration industry, championing compliance and awareness of policy. Regularly invited to speak at industry events and panels across New Zealand, Nassim also collaborates with industry associations to support legislative changes that benefit employers and their migrant workforce.
